  • What types of photography do you offer? A range

  • Where are you based, and do you travel for shoots? Based in Wales can travel for shoots

  • How do I book a session with you? Give us an email, dm or text

  • Do you require a deposit to secure a booking? Nope

  • What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel? Just email and we can re-arrange

PRICING & PACKAGES

  • Do you offer custom packages or hourly rates? Price depends on event and time. Happy to discuss pricing.

THE PHOTO SESSION

​

  • How long does a typical session last? Depends on type of shoot usually 1-4 hours

  • What should I wear for the shoot? Up to you! I will let you know if there is anything in particular

  • Can I bring props or change outfits? yes of course

  • Can we choose the location for the shoot? Yes

  • Do you offer studio sessions as well as outdoor shoots? Mostly outdoor but can make arrangements to book a studio (it will cost extra)

  • Do you help with posing or should I come with ideas? I can help with posing if you have some ideas I would be happy to try them out.

WEDDING/EVENT-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS

  • Do you offer full-day wedding coverage? Yes

  • Can we meet before the wedding to discuss details? Yes

  • Do you work with a second shooter? No but I can recommend another photographer 

  • What happens if you’re ill on the day of the wedding? I will let you know in advance and I can discuss this with you.

DELIVERY & EDITING

  • How long does it take to receive my photos? 3-5 days excluding postage

  • Do you retouch/edit all the photos? Some 

  • How will I receive the final images? (e.g., online gallery, USB) Email. Print or USB

  • Can I request specific edits or touch-ups? Yes

  • Will I get high-resolution images? Yes

PRINTING & USAGE

  • Do you offer prints, albums, or wall art? Yes

  • Can I print the photos myself? Yes

  • Can I share the images on social media? Yes just remember to leave a credit @ffionmeganowen

  • Who owns the copyright to the photos? I own all rights to my photos and I have them insured/

  • Do you use my photos on your website or social media? I will post on Instagram but please request if you would not like them to be shared.

  • TECH & GEAR

  • What kind of camera and equipment do you use? Nikon z72 55mm-150mm lens

  • Do you have backup equipment in case something fails? I will use my phone if it fails it has the same quality and I have spare SD cards 

  • Do you shoot in RAW or JPEG? RAW
